1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the StakerX website, interfaces, account features, communications, referral features, and any paid or unpaid access to StakerGPT, the proprietary crypto-perpetuals trading bot product offered by StakerX Strategies AG, a Switzerland Aktiengesellschaft / joint stock company.
By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing access to StakerGPT, using referral features, or choosing to fund StakerGPT after purchase, you agree to these Terms and to any additional product, payment, risk, compliance, or geographic eligibility terms presented to you.
2. StakerX and StakerGPT
StakerX sells access to StakerGPT as a proprietary software and trading-bot product. StakerX is not an investment platform.

3. Eligibility and restricted access
You may use StakerX only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and are not restricted by sanctions, export-control rules, securities, commodities, derivatives, consumer-protection, digital-asset, financial-services, or other applicable laws.
We may restrict, suspend, or refuse access to the website, account features, StakerGPT access, funding features, rewards, referrals, or withdrawals where required by law, by our compliance program, by third-party service providers, or by internal risk controls.
- You are responsible for determining whether StakerX and StakerGPT access are lawful for you.
- You must provide accurate information when requested for account, support, referral, tax, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
- We may apply geographic, wallet, identity, device, transaction, or risk-based restrictions.
4. Accounts, wallets, and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, connected wallets, private keys, seed phrases, devices, email accounts, and any authentication method used with StakerX or third-party services.
StakerX does not control third-party wallets, networks, exchanges, bridges, payment processors, analytics providers, or other infrastructure that may be used to access, fund, or interact with StakerGPT. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms, privacy policies, fees, and risks.
- Never share your private keys, seed phrases, or authentication codes with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account unless caused by our proven security breach.
- You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
5. Purchase, funding, and user responsibility
Purchasing access to StakerGPT does not require you to fund the bot. If you choose to fund StakerGPT, you do so at your own initiative, after evaluating the product, legal availability, tax consequences, and your own risk tolerance.
Fees, access rules, funding minimums, available networks, supported assets, withdrawal conditions, settlement timing, and account functions may change over time. We may publish, update, or remove product details on the website, inside the product, or through direct notices.
6. No advice and no guarantee
StakerX does not provide legal, tax, investment, trading, accounting, or other professional advice. Website content, product information, bot activity, performance displays, risk explanations, and referral materials are provided for informational and product-access purposes only.
Past performance, displayed bot activity, back-tested results, historical trades, average yield references, or any other performance information are not guarantees, promises, projections, or reliable indicators of future results. You may lose some or all digital assets or other value that you choose to deploy.
7. Referral Rewards
StakerX may offer Referral Rewards to users who promote the sale of StakerGPT product access and refer eligible purchasers or users. Referral Rewards are promotional rewards for product-access sales and are not investment returns, trading profits, interest, dividends, securities, compensation for investment advice, or compensation for managing another person's assets.
A referral may qualify only if it satisfies the then-current referral rules, eligibility checks, compliance checks, payment or funding conditions, anti-fraud controls, and any additional program terms displayed by StakerX. We may modify, pause, cap, withhold, reverse, claw back, or terminate Referral Rewards at any time where permitted by law or required by risk controls.
- Self-referrals, circular referrals, coordinated abuse, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, account farms, paid traffic abuse, misleading promotions, or attempts to manipulate referral tiers are prohibited.
- StakerX may use device fingerprinting, IP logs, wallet clustering, browser signals, account-link analysis, payment data, transaction patterns, cookies, referral-code usage, and other fraud-prevention signals to detect referral abuse.
- If abuse is detected or reasonably suspected, StakerX may deny rewards, suspend accounts, remove referral access, reverse credits, block withdrawals related to abuse, or take other action allowed by these Terms and applicable law.
8. Prohibited use
- Use StakerX for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, deceptive promotion, or abusive trading conduct.
- Interfere with the website, product interfaces, account systems, security controls, referral systems, or third-party services.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, copy, or exploit StakerGPT, StakerX data, trade logic, interfaces, code, content, or brand assets except where expressly permitted.
- Misrepresent StakerX, StakerGPT, Referral Rewards, expected performance, product risks, your relationship with StakerX, or your authority to speak for us.
9. Intellectual property
StakerX, StakerGPT, the StakerX logo and marks, website content, product interfaces, trade displays, software, documentation, data formats, product logic, and related materials are owned by StakerX Strategies AG or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property and unfair-competition laws.
You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use StakerX and StakerGPT for your own lawful use in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
10. Third-party services
StakerX may reference, integrate, link to, or rely on third-party wallets, blockchains, payment processors, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, compliance vendors, communications providers, data sources, or applications. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, terms, fees, downtime, security incidents, data handling, or product changes.
Your use of a third-party service is between you and that third party, even where the service is accessible from or referenced by StakerX.
11. Availability, changes, and termination
We may update, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or modify any part of the website, account system, StakerGPT access, funding features, supported assets, networks, Referral Rewards, performance displays, or communications at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for StakerX or other users, triggered legal or compliance restrictions, misused the referral system, or used the product in a prohibited or harmful way.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
StakerX and StakerGPT are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, profitability, or error-free performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StakerX Strategies AG and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, lost-goodwill, trading, digital-asset, market, tax, regulatory, or other losses arising from or related to your use of StakerX or StakerGPT.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer or other laws require a different result. Venue and dispute processes may be updated in product-specific terms or notices.
